Since being brought back for the modern world, MINI has gone on to become one of the most consistent brands on the market, in terms of value and quality.

To further promote MINI’s stock in the industry, it has been announced that the MINI One 3-door and the MINI One Clubman have been named amongst the ‘Resale Value Giants’ by Focus Online to continue the impressive run the brand is having in the yearly list.

Both the Clubman and the 3-door lead their segments in terms of least percentage value lost in a projected four-year period, and with the research carried out by Saarbrücken-based institute Bähr & Fess Forecasts, it showed that the MINI models were clearly ahead of their rivals.

It was found that the MINI One 3-door held 56.5 per cent of its current retail value in a four-year span, while its bigger shooting brake brother, the Clubman, held onto 58 per cent of its starting value. This shows both superb quality and excellent reliability throughout the vehicle’s lifespan.

When making their predictions, Bähr & Fess take attributes such as brand image, performance, the characteristics of each model and general economic impact to get an accurate representation of the car’s value. On all of these fronts, both the Clubman and the One 3-door were excellent, and it shows that the balance between driving fun and economy has been found with this current MINI generation.
